Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics, and it does not load third-party scripts, fonts, maps or videos. Fonts are served from our own server. For that reason there is no cookie banner.
What we collect and why
Contact and intro-call forms. When you send a message or request an intro call, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email, topic, your message (or preferred days and times) and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a call or discuss your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you are asking about our services, steps taken at your request before an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Technical data. To deliver and protect the site, our web server necessarily processes your IP address and basic request details when you visit. The contact form also uses your IP address briefly, only in memory, to limit repeated submissions, and its service log keeps only a shortened form of it (the last part removed), never together with your message. Our web server does not keep access logs of page visits. The system logs that keep the server running can briefly contain IP addresses and are rotated automatically.
Who receives your data
This website runs on a server hosted by HostUp in Stockholm. The form sends your message by email to our mailbox, which is provided by Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes the email on our behalf under its data processing terms. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your enquiry. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. Send us a message through the contact form or by email (use the contact form) and we will answer promptly.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
